So, what is B26 aka Beyond the 26?
After the BBC documentary, Aisha made a personal commitment to try and change the face of education in Bristol. “We need to diversify the workforce, we need to challenge the narrative, we need to add richness and vibrancy to the curriculum.”

How do we get more black teachers?
How many have you managed to recruit?
Where are they?
Aisha wants to share the voices of as many of the amazing black and minority educators in the city. Phase one will start with those educators who have personally influenced her journey.
Who is involved?
30+ educators who have worked or are working, in varying phases of education, within a variety of roles in Bristol.
